All heatsinks are extruded from virgin aluminum billets. We do not use recycled scrap. This keeps thermal conductivity consistent at 200–210 W/m·K for 6063-T5.
1. Batch-traceable quality Every batch gets a unique lot number. We record the billet heat number, extrusion date, and CNC program version. If a problem appears in your assembly line, we can trace it back to the exact hour of production. No guesswork. No "we will check."
This report is signed by our QC engineer. It is not a generic PDF. It is specific to your parts.
3. One factory for CNC + stamping + springs + heatsinks Your heatsink might need a stamped mounting clip, a compression spring for a socket, or a CNC-machined base plate. Most suppliers outsource these. We do not. Our factory has four production lines: CNC machining, metal stamping, springs, and heat sinks. You send us one drawing package. We coordinate all processes under one roof. Fewer suppliers, fewer delays, fewer quality gaps.
In each application, the heatsink is not a commodity. It is a thermal management component that determines system reliability. A 5°C reduction in junction temperature can double the lifespan of a power semiconductor. That is why we hold tight tolerances on fin spacing and base flatness.

Q: Do you really have no MOQ? A: Yes. We accept orders for 1 piece. Prototype buyers often order 2–5 pieces for testing. Production buyers order thousands. The price per piece drops with volume, but the setup cost is fixed. We do not force you to buy more than you need.
Q: How do you ensure tolerance and quality? A: We use a three-stage check. First, we inspect the extrusion die and first article. Second, we measure every 10th piece during production with a CMM. Third, we do a final 100% visual and dimensional check on critical features. You get the inspection report with the shipment.
Q: What is your lead time for custom heat sinks? A: Prototypes: 7–12 days after drawing approval. Production: 15–20 days. If you need faster, we can rush the die making for an additional fee. For repeat orders, we keep your extrusion dies in our tool room, so lead time drops to 10–15 days.
Q: Can you provide material certificates? A: Yes. Every shipment includes a mill certificate for the aluminum billet. We also provide anodizing thickness reports and hardness test results. If your customer requires a specific standard (ASTM B221, EN 755, or GB/T 5237), we can issue the certificate accordingly.
