Opening

Your drawing defines the part. Our machines do the rest.

We machine round radial aluminum heatsinks to your exact print. Every fin, every base thickness, every mounting hole is verified before shipment. We do not guess. We measure.

At a glance: CNC machining tolerance ±0.05 mm, surface finish Ra 1.6, lead time 10-15 working days, no MOQ. One factory. One quality standard.

Specifications

We run a 20-year-old precision manufacturing facility in Dongguan. Our heatsink line uses 3-axis and 4-axis CNC mills, plus CNC lathes for radial fin profiles. For high-volume runs, we switch to CNC stamping or extrusion, but for custom radial geometries, CNC is the default.

Precision Machined Pin Fin Heat Sinks

We also provide thermal simulation feedback if you are unsure about fin density or airflow. Send us your STEP file, and we will check manufacturability within one working day.

Three reasons buyers send us their drawings

1. Batch-traceable quality. Every heatsink gets a heat number and a batch code. If a problem appears in your field, we trace it back to the exact billet, tool, and operator. No mystery. No blame games. We keep records for 5 years.

2. Inspection report per batch. You do not have to trust us. Each shipment includes a dimensional inspection report, material certificate, and surface finish measurement. For critical aerospace or EV applications, we add CMM point-cloud data on request.

3. One factory for CNC + stamping + springs + heatsinks. Your enclosure may need a stamped bracket, a spring clip, and a CNC-machined heatsink. We make all of them under one roof. That means one purchase order, one quality system, one shipping date. You save 15-20% on logistics and avoid tolerance mismatches between suppliers.

Where these parts are used

Round radial heatsinks are not decorative. They are used where airflow is limited and space is circular.

  • LED lighting modules – high-bay lights, streetlights, and stadium floodlights. Radial fins match the round housing and dump heat upward.
  • Motor controllers and VFDs – IGBT modules mounted on a round base plate. Radial fins increase surface area without blocking the fan shroud.
  • Telecom base stations – RF power amplifiers and rectifiers in cylindrical enclosures. The radial pattern works with natural convection.
  • Laser diode mounts – precision flat base with radial fins for compact laser sources. Our ±0.05 mm tolerance keeps the optical axis stable.
  • Power supplies and battery chargers – forced-air or passive cooling for rectifier bridges. We can add threaded inserts or studs for easy mounting.

If your application is different, we still want to see the drawing. We have machined radial heatsinks for medical laser cooling and marine electronics. The geometry is the same; the quality standard is higher.

Questions buyers ask before ordering

Q: What is your MOQ? A: No MOQ. We accept one piece for prototype validation. For production, we recommend 500+ pieces to amortize tooling, but we will quote 50 pieces if that is your need.

Q: How do you guarantee tolerance and quality? A: We use a 3-axis CMM and optical comparators. Every critical dimension is checked. If a dimension is out of spec, the part is scrapped, not shipped. Our rejection rate is under 0.3% for heatsink orders.

Q: What is the lead time for custom heatsinks? A: Prototypes (1-10 pieces) ship in 10-12 working days. Production runs (100-5000 pieces) ship in 20-25 working days. Urgent orders can be expedited to 7 days for an additional 15% surcharge.

Q: Can you provide material certificates and RoHS/REACH compliance? A: Yes. We provide mill certificates for aluminum billet, RoHS and REACH declarations, and anodizing thickness reports. All documents are in English and stamped by our QC department.

Send your drawing

Stop guessing. Send us your 2D drawing or 3D STEP file. We will check it for manufacturability and return a firm quote within 12 hours.
