1. Batch-traceable quality Every heat sink gets a unique batch number. We track material lot, machine operator, and inspection results. If a problem shows up on your line, we trace it in minutes, not days.
2. Inspection report per batch You get a full dimensional report with every shipment. Critical features — clip slot width, mounting hole position, flatness — are measured and recorded. You do not need to re-inspect on arrival. Trust, but verified.
3. One factory for CNC + stamping + spring + heat sink Your heat sink has a spring clip. The clip is stamped. The spring is formed. The base is extruded and machined.
