Q: What is your lead time for a production order?
A: 20–25 working days after drawing approval. Prototypes in 10–15 days. If you need faster, tell us — we can split the batch and ship partials.
Q: Do you provide material certificates?
A: Yes. Mill certificates for aluminum and stainless steel come with every batch. Anodize thickness reports are included on request.
