Your drawing defines the part. We make it exactly to that geometry, then verify every critical dimension before the crate leaves our floor. Forged aluminum heatsinks demand controlled grain flow and tight fin tolerances—we deliver both.

2. Inspection report per batch. You get a full dimensional report with CMM data, surface roughness readings, and material certs. No generic "pass" stamps. We measure fin spacing, base flatness, and mounting hole positions on every part—not just the first article.
3. One factory for CNC + stamping + spring + heatsink. Your assembly might need a stamped mounting bracket, a spring clip, and a CNC'd heatsink. We make all four in-house. One purchase order, one quality system, one shipping point. No multi-vendor coordination headaches.
Forged aluminum heatsinks handle high thermal loads where extruded profiles fall short. Common applications include:
Q: How do you guarantee tolerance and quality? A: We use a 3-step process. First, we simulate the forging in software to check die fill and grain flow. Second, we machine to ±0.05 mm on a calibrated CNC. Third, we inspect with a CMM and profilometer, and send you the report. If a dimension fails, we rework or scrap—never ship.
Q: What is your lead time? A: Prototype (1–5 pieces): 15 days. Production (100+ pieces): 25–30 days. Tooling for a new forging die takes 10–12 days. We quote exact dates after reviewing your drawing, not generic ranges.
Q: Do you provide material certificates? A: Yes. Every batch ships with a mill certificate for the aluminum alloy, a heat treatment report, and our own spectrometer verification. For aerospace or automotive grades, we can provide full traceability to the original ingot.
