Q: How do you control tolerance and quality?
A: We use CNC machines with ±0.01 mm repeatability. For every batch, we measure fin pitch, height, and mounting flatness with a CMM. The inspection report is included in the shipment. If a dimension is out of spec, we rework or remake at no cost.
Q: What is your lead time?
A: Prototypes in 7–12 days after drawing approval. Production runs in 15–20 days, depending on quantity and surface finish. For urgent orders, we can split the batch and ship partials.
Q: Can you provide material certificates?
A: Yes. We supply mill certificates for aluminum 6063-T5 or 6061-T6 with every production order. Certificates show chemical composition and mechanical properties. For anodized parts, we include a thickness test report.
