1. Batch-traceable quality Each order gets a unique batch number. We record material heat number, machine used, and inspector ID. If a problem appears in your assembly line, we trace it back in minutes — not days.
2. Inspection report per batch You get a dimensional report with every shipment. It lists fin height, fin pitch, mounting surface flatness, and surface finish. No surprises. No "we checked it, trust us." You see the numbers.

Q: What is your MOQ? A: No MOQ. We make one prototype for your test, then scale to your volume. Tooling cost is quoted separately only for die-cast parts; CNC-machined parts have zero tooling charge.
Q: How do you control tolerance and quality? A: We use CNC machines with ±0.01 mm repeatability. For every batch, we measure fin pitch, height, and mounting flatness with a CMM. The inspection report is included in the shipment. If a dimension is out of spec, we rework or remake at no cost.
Q: What is your lead time? A: Prototypes in 7–12 days after drawing approval. Production runs in 15–20 days, depending on quantity and surface finish. For urgent orders, we can split the batch and ship partials.
Q: Can you provide material certificates? A: Yes. We supply mill certificates for aluminum 6063-T5 or 6061-T6 with every production order. Certificates show chemical composition and mechanical properties. For anodized parts, we include a thickness test report.
