Opening

Your U-shaped aluminum heatsink channel starts as a drawing. It ends as a verified part, dimension-checked before it leaves our floor. We do not guess. We measure.

At a glance: tolerance ±0.05 mm on critical fins, lead time 7–12 days for prototypes, no MOQ, batch traceability from raw billet to final anodize.

We are BQUQ, a precision manufacturing factory in Dongguan, China. Twenty years in CNC machining, metal stamping, springs, and heat sinks. Your drawing is our instruction.

Custom LED Street Light Heatsink

We cut, mill, deburr, and finish in-house. No subcontracted steps that hide defects.

Three reasons buyers send us their drawings 1. Batch-traceable quality. Every heatsink gets a batch number. We record the material heat number, machine used, operator, and inspection results. If a problem appears in your field, we trace it to the exact pour and tool path. No ambiguity.

2. Inspection report per batch. You do not have to trust our word. Each batch ships with a dimensional report, surface finish readings, and material certs. For critical fins, we include CMM point data. You can verify every number on your own CMM.

3. One factory for CNC + stamping + springs + heatsinks. Your assembly may need a stamped bracket, a spring clip, or a CNC-milled base plate. We make all of it under one roof. Fewer suppliers, fewer handoffs, fewer tolerance stack-ups. You get one responsible party for the whole thermal assembly.

Where these parts are used

U-shaped aluminum heatsink channels are not decorative. They pull heat away from components that would otherwise fail.

  • Power electronics: IGBT modules, MOSFET banks, and rectifiers in inverters and motor drives. The U-shape wraps around the component for maximum contact area.
  • LED lighting: High-bay fixtures and automotive headlamps. The channel acts as both heatsink and structural rail.
  • Telecom equipment: Base station amplifiers and RF modules. Natural convection works well with vertical fin orientation.
  • Battery cooling: Prismatic cells in energy storage systems. The U-channel sits between cells, drawing heat into the aluminum mass.
  • Medical devices: Laser power supplies and imaging equipment where silent, fan-less cooling is mandatory.

If your application generates heat, this shape removes it.

Questions buyers ask before ordering Q: Is there really no MOQ? A: Correct. We run one prototype or one million pieces. Tooling is standard for CNC, so there is no minimum to amortize. For stamping, we charge a one-time tooling fee, but for CNC heatsinks, no MOQ at all.

Q: How do you guarantee tolerance and quality? A: First article inspection on every new drawing. In-process checks every 2 hours during production. Final CMM report on a sample per batch. If a dimension is out of spec, we rework or scrap it before shipment. You get the report, not just the part.

Q: What is the typical lead time? A: Prototype: 7 days after drawing approval. Production: 12 days for standard quantities. For urgent orders, we can split the batch and ship partials. We quote the real time, not an optimistic one.

Q: Can you provide material certificates? A: Yes. We supply mill certificates with heat number, chemical composition, and mechanical properties. For aerospace or automotive, we also provide traceability to the original ingot.
