Opening

Your drawing defines the part. We make it exactly to that drawing. Every heat sink is verified before shipment. No exceptions.

  • Tolerance: ±0.05 mm on critical mounting surfaces
  • Lead time: 7–12 days for prototypes, 15–20 days for production runs
  • No MOQ – order one piece or ten thousand
  • Materials: Aluminum 6061-T6, 6063-T5, Copper C1100, or your specified alloy
  • Finish: Clear anodize, black anodize, or bare

We are a precision manufacturing factory in Dongguan, China, with 20 years on CNC machining, metal stamping, springs, and heat sinks. Your fan mounting holes are drilled, tapped, or countersunk to your print. We do not guess.

Custom LED Street Light Heatsink

We use 3D models to program toolpaths directly from your STEP or IGES file. For stamped heat sinks, we run progressive dies up to 250 tons. For CNC parts, we hold tight fin pitch and flatness on the base.

Three reasons buyers send us their drawings

1. Batch-traceable quality. Each batch gets a unique job number. Material certificates, in-process inspection records, and final CMM reports are stored for 5 years. If a problem appears in your assembly line, we trace it back to the exact machine, operator, and tool.

2. Inspection report per batch. You receive a PDF with dimensional measurements, surface finish readings, and hole position data. We do not just say "it's good." We show you the numbers. For custom heat sinks with fan mounting holes, we verify hole-to-hole spacing and thread depth with calibrated gauges.

3. One factory for CNC + stamping + springs + heat sink. Your assembly may need a stamped bracket, a spring clip, and a CNC-machined heat sink. We make all of them under one roof. You get one supplier, one quality system, one shipping point. No coordination headaches, no finger-pointing between vendors.

Where these parts are used

Custom heat sinks with fan mounting holes go into electronics that generate real heat and need forced airflow.

  • Power inverters – IGBT modules and rectifiers, where the fan bolts directly to the sink
  • LED drivers and high-bay lighting – aluminum sinks with 40–60 mm fins, fan mounted on top
  • Telecom base stations – outdoor enclosures, where the sink doubles as a structural plate
  • Electric vehicle chargers – liquid-cooled or air-cooled sinks with precise hole patterns for fan and PCB standoffs
  • Industrial motor drives – VFDs and servo amplifiers, where vibration requires tapped holes with thread-lock specs
  • Medical laser equipment – copper or aluminum sinks with tight flatness for optical alignment

In every case, the fan mounting holes are not an afterthought. They are machined in the same setup as the base and fins, so the fan sits square and the airflow is uniform.

Questions buyers ask before ordering

Q: Do you really have no MOQ? A: Yes. We run one prototype for a customer testing a new design. We also run 50,000 pieces for a production line. The price per piece drops with quantity, but the quality system is the same.

Q: What tolerance can you hold on fan mounting holes? A: ±0.05 mm on hole position, ±0.05 mm on diameter. For tapped holes, we use formed taps and check with go/no-go gauges. If you need tighter, we can discuss – but 0.05 mm is standard for most heat sink applications.

Q: What is your typical lead time? A: Prototype (1–10 pieces): 7 days. Production (100–5,000 pieces): 15–20 days. Larger runs (10,000+): 25–30 days, depending on material stock and anodize line schedule. We ship via DHL, FedEx, or sea freight – your choice.

Q: Can you provide material certificates and RoHS/REACH compliance? A: Yes. Every batch ships with a mill certificate for the aluminum or copper. Anodize thickness reports are available on request. We also provide RoHS and REACH declarations for all surface treatments.

Send your drawing

Email your STEP, IGES, or PDF drawing to sc@bquq.com. Include the quantity, material, and finish if you know them. If you don't, we will suggest based on your application.

You get a firm quote in 12 hours. Not a "budget estimate" – a real price with tooling, material, machining, surface treatment, and shipping broken out.
