All heat sinks are deburred and cleaned before anodizing. We do not cut corners on fin thickness or base flatness—your transistor needs full contact to transfer heat.
1. Batch-traceable quality. Every batch gets a unique lot number. We record material batch, machine parameters, and inspection results. If a problem shows up in your line, we trace it back to the exact hour and operator. You get a PDF report with each shipment—no chasing, no ambiguity.
2. Inspection report per batch. We measure base flatness, hole position, fin spacing, and surface finish on every batch—not just the first piece. You receive a dimensional report with actual values. For critical dimensions, we include CMM data. This is standard, not a paid extra.
3. One factory for CNC + stamping + springs + heatsink. Your assembly may need a stamped bracket, a spring clip, and a machined heatsink. We do all four in-house. One supplier, one shipping point, one quality standard. You save freight cost and avoid tolerance mismatches between different vendors.

Q: How do you guarantee tolerance and quality? A: We use CNC machines with ±0.005 mm positioning accuracy. For stamped parts, we maintain die tolerances within ±0.05 mm. Every batch gets a dimensional inspection report. If a part is out of spec, we rework or remake it at our cost—no charge to you.
Q: What is your lead time for custom heat sinks? A: Prototypes: 5–7 days after drawing approval. Production: 7–12 days depending on quantity and surface finish. For urgent orders, we can split-ship—send the first 100 pieces in 5 days, then the rest weekly.
Q: Can you provide material certificates? A: Yes. Every batch includes a mill certificate for the aluminum or copper. We also provide RoHS and REACH compliance documents on request. Material traceability is part of our standard process, not an add-on.
