Opening

Your drawing defines the part. Our job is to make it exactly that. We machine, stamp, and assemble heat sinks to your print—tolerance held, surface finished, and dimensions verified before the box leaves our floor.

  • Tolerance: ±0.05 mm on CNC machined features
  • Lead time: 7–15 days for prototypes, 15–25 days for production runs
  • No MOQ: one piece or one hundred thousand, same process control
  • Material certs: mill test reports included with every batch

We are a precision manufacturing factory in Dongguan, China, with 20 years on CNC, stamping, springs, and heat sinks. You send the drawing. We send a quote. Then we make the part.

Custom Extruded Aluminum Heatsink Collection

We run 3-axis and 4-axis CNC mills, plus stamping presses up to 250 tons. For high power LED heatsinks, we often combine extrusion with CNC finishing to keep cost low and fins straight.

Three reasons buyers send us their drawings 1. Batch-traceable quality. Every batch gets a unique job number. Raw material lot, machine operator, tool wear log, and inspection results are linked to that number. If a problem appears in your field, we trace it to the exact shift and bar of aluminum.

2. Inspection report per batch. You get a dimensional report, material cert, and surface finish reading with every shipment. Not a generic PDF—actual measured values from our CMM and profilometer. We keep records for 5 years.

3. One factory for CNC + stamping + spring + heatsink. Your LED assembly might need a stamped bracket, a spring clip for the lens, and a machined heatsink. We make all three under one roof. Fewer suppliers, fewer tolerance mismatches, one shipping address.

  • Street and area lighting (100W to 600W fixtures)
  • Stadium floodlights with active cooling
  • Horticultural grow lights (deep fin arrays for passive convection)
  • Automotive headlamps and DRL modules
  • Industrial high-bay lights in foundries and warehouses
  • UV curing systems for printing and adhesives
  • Medical surgical lamps with strict thermal budgets

In each case, the heatsink is the reliability bottleneck. If it runs 10°C hotter than the design, LED life drops by half. We machine to the thermal spec, not just the dimensional one.

Questions buyers ask before ordering Q: What is your MOQ? A: No MOQ. We quote one prototype at the same per-unit rate as a 500-piece run, plus a small setup fee for the first order. Production pricing drops after 100 pieces.

Q: How do you control tolerance and quality? A: First article inspection on every new drawing, then in-process checks every 2 hours on critical dimensions. Final CMM report on 5% of the batch, or 100% if you request it. We hold ±0.05 mm on CNC features and ±0.1 mm on stamped parts.

Q: What is your lead time? A: Prototypes ship in 7–15 days from drawing approval. Production runs ship in 15–25 days, depending on surface treatment. Anodize adds 3–5 days. We confirm a firm date in the quote.

Q: Do you provide material certificates? A: Yes. Mill test reports from the aluminum supplier are included with every batch, free. If you need third-party testing (SGS, TÜV), we arrange it at cost.

Send your drawing Email your PDF, STEP, or IGES file to sc@bquq.com. Include material, quantity, and target thermal resistance if you have it. We reply with a firm quote in 12 hours—price, lead time, and tolerance review.

For urgent projects, WhatsApp +86 13713157787. We answer within the hour, China time (UTC+8).

Your drawing is safe with us. We sign NDAs on request, and we never share your design with third parties. Precision manufacturing, custom heat sinks, made in China—with the paperwork to prove it.

Send the drawing. Get the quote. Then get the parts.
