Opening

Your drawing defines the part. We build it. Every copper embedded heat sink is machined to your exact geometry, verified with a CMM report before shipment. No surprises.

We are BQUQ, a precision manufacturing factory in Dongguan, China. 20 years on the floor. CNC, stamping, springs, and heat sinks under one roof. You send the file. We handle the rest.

  • Tolerance: ±0.02 mm on critical mating surfaces
  • Lead time: 7–12 days for prototypes, 15–20 days for production runs
  • No MOQ — one piece or ten thousand, same engineering rigor
  • Material certs: Mill certificates included with every batch

Custom Aluminum Extrusion Heat Sink Profiles

We use high-speed CNC centers with spindle speeds up to 20,000 RPM. This gives clean fin edges and tight pitch control — critical when your fin density exceeds 8 fins per inch. For copper embedded designs, we machine the pocket to a depth tolerance of ±0.02 mm, then press-fit or reflow-solder the copper slug. The result: zero air gaps, maximum heat transfer.

Three Reasons Buyers Send Us Their Drawings

1. Batch-traceable quality. Every heat sink gets a unique batch number. Raw material lot, machine operator, tool wear logs, and inspection data are linked to that number. If a problem appears in your field, we trace it back to the exact pour and pass. No guesswork.

2. Inspection report per batch. You don't have to ask. Each shipment includes a dimensional report, material cert, and surface finish check. For critical aerospace or EV applications, we add full CMM data and X-ray inspection for solder voids. This is standard, not a paid extra.

3. One factory for CNC + stamping + springs + heat sinks. Your assembly might need a stamped mounting clip, a compression spring for retention, and a machined heat sink. We make all three. One purchase order, one quality system, one shipping date. Fewer vendors, fewer delays, lower logistics cost.

Where These Parts Are Used

Copper embedded heat sinks solve one problem: spreading heat from a small, high-flux source into a larger finned area. Typical applications include:

  • IGBT modules in solar inverters and EV traction drives — copper slug under the die, aluminum fins for weight reduction
  • High-power LED arrays in stadium lighting and automotive headlamps — embedded copper pulls heat from the ceramic substrate
  • Telecom base station amplifiers — 5G MIMO modules with power density over 100 W/cm²
  • Laser diode mounts for industrial cutting and medical devices — oxygen-free copper for low thermal resistance
  • CPU/GPU server coolers — copper base with aluminum or copper fins, soldered or press-fit
  • Power supply rectifiers in railway and marine converters

If your thermal simulation shows a hotspot, we can machine a copper insert exactly where you need it. No need to redesign the whole fin stack.

Questions Buyers Ask Before Ordering

Q: What is your MOQ? A: No MOQ. We run one prototype or 50,000 pieces on the same machines. Prototype pricing is higher per piece, but tooling is free for standard shapes. For complex copper embedded designs, we may charge a small fixture fee — credited back on the first production order.

Q: How do you guarantee tolerance and quality? A: We machine to ±0.02 mm on critical features. After machining, we measure with a CMM and provide a full report. For solder joints, we use X-ray inspection to check void ratio — typically under 5%. If anything is out of spec, we rework or remake at no cost.

Q: What is your lead time? A: Prototypes ship in 7 days after drawing approval. Production runs of 1,000+ pieces ship in 15–20 days. For urgent needs, we can split the batch — ship half early, the rest within the standard window.

Q: Do you provide material certificates? A: Yes. Every batch includes mill certificates for copper and aluminum. We also provide RoHS and REACH compliance documents on request. For aerospace or medical, we can add full traceability with heat numbers and mechanical test reports.
