Your drawing. Our machines. Verified before shipment.

We are BQUQ, a precision manufacturing factory in Dongguan, China. We have run CNC machining, metal stamping, spring, and heat sink lines for 20 years. This page is about stamped aluminum heat sinks and cooling fin collections.

We do not sell off-the-shelf parts. We make your design. You send the 2D or 3D file. We build it, measure it, and ship it with proof.

At a glance: Stamping tolerance ±0.05 mm. Lead time 7–15 days for standard batches. No MOQ. Material certs included. 100% dimension check before packing.

Custom Bonded Fin Aluminum Heatsinks

Three reasons buyers send us their drawings

1. Batch-traceable quality. Every heat sink gets a unique lot number. We record the material heat number, die number, and operator. If a problem appears in your field, we trace it to the exact shift and coil. No guesswork.

2. Inspection report per batch. You get a hard copy and PDF. It lists dimensions, surface finish, flatness, and material hardness. We use a CMM for critical holes and an optical comparator for fin profile. We do not skip checks. If a batch fails, you know before it ships.

3. One factory for CNC, stamping, springs, and heat sinks. Your assembly may need a stamped base, a CNC-machined mounting block, and a compression spring for a clip. We make all three under one roof. Fewer suppliers, fewer handoffs, fewer excuses. You get one invoice, one quality standard, one shipping date.

Where these parts are used

Our stamped aluminum heat sinks go into real products that run hot and run long.

  • LED lighting modules. Street lights, high-bay fixtures, automotive headlamps. Fins are stamped thin and tight for maximum surface area in a small envelope.
  • Power electronics. IGBT modules, MOSFET heatsinks, rectifier bridges. We hold flatness under 0.1 mm so thermal paste works evenly.
  • Telecom enclosures. Base stations and 5G remote radio units. Our heat sinks handle natural convection in sealed boxes.
  • Motor controllers and inverters. EV auxiliary drives, servo drives, solar inverters. Stamped fins keep weight down and airflow up.
  • Medical devices. Laser equipment and imaging systems where clean anodize and no burrs are mandatory.
  • Industrial power supplies. Enclosed units where the heat sink doubles as the chassis wall.

If your part moves air or conducts heat, we can stamp it.

Questions buyers ask before ordering

Q: What is your MOQ? A: No MOQ. We make one prototype for your test. Production pricing starts at 100 pieces. For high-volume runs, we build a dedicated progressive die to lower your unit cost.

Q: How do you guarantee tolerance and quality? A: We quote your drawing, not a guess. First article is measured and sent to you for approval. Production batches are checked at the start, middle, and end of the run. Critical dimensions go on a CMM. You receive the inspection report with the shipment.

Q: What is your lead time for custom heat sinks? A: Prototype: 7 days after drawing approval. Production: 15 days for standard batches. For urgent orders, we can split the die and run two shifts. Air freight is on you, but we pack so nothing bends.

Q: Do you provide material certificates? A: Yes. Every coil of aluminum comes with a mill certificate. We also provide RoHS and REACH declarations. If you need a specific alloy or temper, we buy it to your spec and show you the paper.
