We use progressive dies for high-volume consistency. For complex manifold plates with multiple ports, we combine stamping with CNC drilling and tapping in-house. No outsourcing, no tolerance drift.
1. Batch-traceable quality. Every stamped lot gets a unique batch number. That number links to material heat number, die wear log, and inspection records. If a field failure happens, you trace it back to the exact coil of metal. We keep records for 10 years.
2. Inspection report per batch. You get a full dimensional report with every shipment. We measure the critical features you mark on the drawing—hole positions, flatness, bend angles. The report is signed by our QC engineer, not a machine. If a dimension is out, we re-run the batch before shipping.
3. One factory for stamping, CNC, springs, and heat sinks. Your manifold is not just stamped plates. It has threaded inserts, compression springs, and sometimes a bonded heat sink. We do all of that under one roof. You avoid the logistics nightmare of coordinating three suppliers in three time zones. One drawing, one PO, one invoice.

Q: Do you really have no MOQ? A: Yes. We run sample quantities of 1–10 pieces for fit testing. Production pricing kicks in at 500+ pieces, but you are never forced to order more than you need.
Q: How do you guarantee ±0.05 mm tolerance on stamped parts? A: We design the progressive die with compensation for springback, then validate with a first-article inspection. During production, we check every 50th piece on a CMM. If drift appears, we stop the press and adjust.
Q: What is your lead time for a custom manifold part? A: Tooling (die) takes 7–10 days for simple parts, 15 days for complex progressive dies. Sample parts ship 3 days after tooling approval. Production runs ship 10–15 days after sample sign-off.
Q: Can you provide material certificates? A: Yes. We supply EN 10204 3.1 mill certificates for copper, aluminum, and stainless steel. For aerospace or medical grades, we can source with full traceability at a small premium.
