Custom CNC Machined Agricultural Machinery Parts

We hold tight tolerances on thin walls and complex 5-axis geometry. Our machinists have 20 years of average experience. We use new tooling for every critical dimension.

Three reasons buyers send us their drawings

1. Batch-traceable quality. Each batch gets a unique job number. Material heat numbers are recorded. Tool paths are archived. If you need to trace a part back to its raw bar stock, we can do it in minutes.

2. Inspection report per batch. You get a full dimensional report with every shipment. CMM data on all critical features. Surface finish readings. Material certs. No extra charge. No asking – it’s automatic.

3. One factory for CNC + stamping + springs + heat sinks. Your aircraft bracket might need a stamped cover, a spring clip, or a heat sink bonded to it. We do all four processes under one roof. You save shipping costs, lead time, and vendor management headaches. One PO, one invoice, one responsible party.

Where these parts are used

Our CNC machined aircraft brackets go into real flying machines. Common applications:

  • Engine mounts – 7075-T6 brackets holding turbofan accessories, tested for vibration fatigue
  • Avionics racks – thin-wall aluminum brackets for radar and communication units, requiring tight flatness
  • Actuator brackets – stainless steel parts for flight control linkages, toleranced to ±0.01 mm
  • Interior fittings – seat track brackets, overhead bin hinges, galley supports in 6061-T6
  • Drone frames – lightweight titanium arms and motor mounts for UAVs, balancing strength and weight

We also machine brackets for ground support equipment, helicopter cargo hooks, and missile guidance housings. If it flies, we’ve likely machined a bracket for it.

Questions buyers ask before ordering

Q: What is your MOQ? A: No MOQ. We run one-piece prototypes and 50,000-piece production runs with the same quality system. Prototype pricing is slightly higher per piece to cover setup, but tooling is yours to keep.

Q: How do you guarantee tolerance and quality? A: We use in-process probing on the machine. Every critical dimension is verified on a CMM after machining. We send you the inspection report with the shipment. If any dimension is out of spec, we re-machine or refund – your choice.

Q: What is your lead time for custom CNC machining? A: Standard aluminum brackets ship in 7–10 days. Titanium or stainless takes 10–15 days. Rush orders (3–5 days) are available at a 20% surcharge. We quote exact lead time with your drawing.

Q: Can you provide material certificates? A: Yes. We supply EN 10204 3.1 material certs for aluminum, stainless, and titanium. Mill test reports are included free with every batch. For aerospace grades, we can also provide heat treat and conductivity reports.
