We use CNC lathes with live tooling for the blank, then grind the taper and bore on dedicated collet grinders. The long nose section is stress-relieved after roughing to prevent distortion. Final lapping gives the sealing surface a mirror finish.

A: No MOQ. We machine one prototype for your fit test, then scale up. Tooling cost is amortized into the unit price for production runs.
Q: How do you guarantee tolerance and quality?
A: We grind the taper and bore on dedicated machines. Each part is measured on a CMM and a taper gauge. The inspection report is included. If a part is out of spec, we replace it at no cost.
Q: What is your lead time for a custom collet chuck?
A: 15 working days for a prototype after drawing approval. Production runs of 100+ pieces take 20 working days. Rush orders are possible for an extra fee – we have a dedicated quick-turn cell.
Q: Do you provide material certificates?
A: Yes. Every batch includes a mill certificate for the raw material and a hardness test report. If you need third-party testing (SGS, BV), we arrange it at cost.
