We run these on Citizen, Star, and Tsugami auto lathes for the smaller range, and on CNC turning centers for the 300–700 mm sizes. Slots are cut after heat treatment to hold geometry. We do not grind after slotting unless your print calls for it.

Q: How do you guarantee tolerance and concentricity? A: We cut slots after heat treatment to avoid distortion. Then we measure every unit on a CMM. Concentricity is held to 0.01 mm TIR. If it does not meet your print, we do not ship it.
Q: What is the lead time for a custom collet? A: 15 days for a prototype, 20 days for production batches. If you need it faster, tell us. We have a fast-track line for emergency replacements.
Q: Do you provide material certificates? A: Yes. Every batch ships with a mill certificate for the raw material, a heat treatment report, and our inspection data. Third-party certification is available on request.
