All slots are wire-cut after heat treatment. This prevents distortion and keeps the spring action consistent. We grind the bore and OD in the same setup to hold concentricity under 0.005 mm.
1. Batch-traceable quality. Each batch gets a unique job number. Material heat number, machine operator, and inspection records are linked to that number. If a problem appears in your line, we trace it back to the exact heat and shift. No guesswork.
2. Inspection report per batch. You get a dimensional report with every shipment. It lists bore size, slot width, hardness, and concentricity for each sampled piece. We use a CMM and a hardness tester. The report is signed by our QC lead, not a junior inspector.
3. One factory for CNC, stamping, springs, and heat sinks. Your collet is not an orphan part. If your assembly also needs a stamped washer, a compression spring, or a heat sink, we make them under one roof. One purchase order, one shipping date, one quality standard. This cuts your supplier list and your risk.

In every case, the collet is the last mechanical interface before the tool touches the part. If it is off by a micron, the part is off by a micron. That is why we verify before shipment.

Q: What is your MOQ? A: No MOQ. We make one piece for prototyping and scale up to 10,000 pieces for production. The unit price drops with quantity, but we do not force you to buy more than you need.
Q: How do you guarantee tolerance and quality? A: We machine to your drawing, then inspect with a CMM. Bore tolerance is ±0.005 mm. We send a batch inspection report with every order. If a part fails your incoming check, we replace it at no cost, including shipping.
Q: What is your lead time for a custom CNC collet chuck? A: For 1–50 pieces, 7 working days. For larger batches, 12 working days. If you need faster, tell us at quoting. We can split the batch and air-ship the first 20 pieces while the rest finish production.
Q: Do you provide material certificates? A: Yes. We supply mill certificates for the raw material, heat treatment reports, and hardness test results. All are traceable to the batch number. This is standard, not an extra-cost option.
