This is a collection of CNC machined auto lathe collet bore shapes. Round, hex, square, spline, or custom profile. We cut them from solid bar stock on Swiss-type or CNC lathes. Then we grind the bore to final tolerance.

A: We grind the bore after heat treatment. Then we measure every critical dimension with a CMM and a digital bore gauge. The inspection report is included with the shipment. If you find a bad part, we replace it at no cost, including freight.
Q: What is your standard lead time?
A: 7 days for standard round or hex bores from stock material. 15 days for complex profiles or hardened materials. We can rush a single prototype in 48 hours if you need it for a trial run.
Q: Do you provide material certificates?
A: Yes. Each batch comes with a mill test certificate for the raw material. For hardened parts, we include a hardness report. For aerospace or medical work, we can supply full traceability documentation.
