Opening

Your drawing defines the part. We machine it. Every collet chuck is made to your exact dimensions, not from stock approximations. Before shipment, each unit is checked on a CMM and a runout tester. You get a part that fits your spindle, not a part that almost fits.

  • Tolerance: ±0.005 mm on critical diameters
  • Runout: ≤0.008 mm TIR at nose
  • Material: 20CrMnTi or 8620 steel, case-hardened to 58–62 HRC
  • Lead time: 15–20 days for standard sets, 10 days for prototypes
  • No MOQ: order 1 piece or 1,000 pieces

We are a precision manufacturing factory in Dongguan, China, with 20 years of experience in CNC machining. You send the drawing. We handle the rest.

Custom CNC Collet Chuck Extension Bar Long Reach Precision M

Three reasons buyers send us their drawings

1. Batch-traceable quality. Every batch gets a unique heat number. We record material certificates, heat treatment curves, and final inspection data. If a problem appears in your assembly line, we trace it to the exact batch and date. No guesswork.

2. Inspection report per batch. You do not have to trust us. We send a PDF with CMM coordinates, runout measurements, and hardness values for each batch. For critical orders, we include photos of the measurement setup. Your QC team can verify without visiting the factory.

3. One factory for CNC + stamping + springs + heat sinks. Your collet chuck is not the only part you need. We also run metal stamping lines, spring coiling machines, and heat sink fabrication. Send us a full assembly drawing. We quote the entire BOM in one email. Fewer suppliers, fewer logistics headaches, lower total cost.

Where these parts are used

Custom CNC collet chucks from our factory go into real production environments. We see them in:

  • CNC lathes and turning centers – holding bar stock for high-speed machining. ER25 and ER32 are common for Swiss-type lathes.
  • Milling machines and machining centers – ER16 and ER20 collet chucks for end mills and drills. Runout below 0.008 mm keeps tool life predictable.
  • Automotive component lines – ER40 chucks for valve stems, camshaft blanks, and transmission shafts. Batch traceability matters for PPAP submissions.
  • Medical device manufacturing – small ER11 chucks for titanium and stainless steel parts. Surface finish and cleanliness are critical.
  • Aerospace subcontractors – ER32 chucks for aluminum and Inconel parts. Hardness and concentricity are verified on every unit.
  • Die and mold shops – ER20 and ER25 chucks for graphite electrodes and hardened steel cutters.

If you machine round parts, you likely need a collet chuck. We make them to your drawing, not to a generic catalog spec.

Questions buyers ask before ordering

Q: What is your minimum order quantity? A: No MOQ. We accept single-piece orders for prototypes and small runs. The price per piece is higher for small quantities, but the tooling cost is zero. You pay only for the parts.

Q: How do you control tolerance and runout? A: We machine to ±0.005 mm on critical diameters. After heat treatment, we grind the taper and bore. Each piece is measured on a CMM and a runout tester. The inspection report is included with the shipment.

Q: What is the lead time for a custom set? A: Standard sets (ER11 to ER40) ship in 15–20 days. Prototypes and urgent orders can be done in 10 days. If you need faster, tell us your deadline. We will adjust the production schedule.

Q: Can you provide material certificates? A: Yes. We provide mill certificates for raw material, heat treatment reports, and hardness test results. For aerospace or medical orders, we can provide full traceability documentation.
