Opening

Your drawing defines the part. Our job is to hold that tolerance and prove it before the crate leaves Dongguan.

We machine ER collet chucks and square bore collets to your exact geometry. Every unit is verified against your print. We do not ship guesswork.

At a glance: Concentricity within 0.005 mm TIR. Surface finish down to Ra 0.4. Lead time 15–20 working days after drawing approval. No MOQ. One prototype or 5,000 pieces, same process discipline.

Custom CNC Collet Chuck Extension Bar Long Reach Precision M

Three Reasons Buyers Send Us Their Drawings

1. Batch-traceable quality, not just a QC stamp. Every batch gets a unique number. That number links to material certs, machine operator logs, and CMM reports. If a problem appears in your assembly line six months later, we can pull the exact batch record and tell you which tool wore down and when. You cannot get this from a trading company.

2. Inspection report per batch, included free. We do not ask you to trust us. Each shipment includes a dimensional report with measured values for every critical feature. You check our numbers against your gauge. If anything is out of spec, we remake it at our cost. No arguments, no delay.

3. One factory for CNC, stamping, springs, and heat sinks. Your collet chuck might need a spring collet, a stamped retainer plate, or a heat sink for a high-speed spindle. We make all of those in the same building. You send one drawing package, deal with one engineering team, and receive one consolidated shipment. Fewer vendors, fewer handoff errors, lower logistics cost.

Where These Parts Are Used

  • CNC lathes and turning centers – Square bore collets grip square or hex stock for milling, drilling, and threading operations without round bar deformation.
  • Swiss-type screw machines – High-precision collet chucks maintain concentricity during long production runs of medical screws, watch pins, and electronic connectors.
  • Automotive powertrain lines – Custom ER collet chucks hold valve stems and fuel injector bodies during grinding and hard turning.
  • Aerospace fastener manufacturing – Heat-treated collets with square bores hold titanium and Inconel blanks where tool deflection is not an option.
  • Tool presetters and grinding fixtures – Collet chucks with square bores locate cutting tool shanks for re-sharpening, holding the same datum every cycle.

Questions Buyers Ask Before Ordering

Q: What is your MOQ? A: No MOQ. We machine one prototype for your validation, then scale to your volume. Prototype price is higher per piece, but the tooling and process remain identical for production runs.

Q: How do you guarantee tolerance on a square bore? A: We cut the square bore with wire EDM, then finish with a precision broach or internal grinder. CMM inspection measures width, corner radius, and concentricity on every part in the batch. We send you the report before shipment.

Q: What is your standard lead time? A: 15–20 working days for material in stock. If you need 48-hour expedite for a broken tool replacement, we can do that for standard ER collet sizes. Tell us your emergency upfront.

Q: Can you provide material certificates and heat treatment reports? A: Yes. Every batch ships with mill certificates for raw material, heat treatment curves, and hardness test results. All documents are in English and stamped by our QA manager.
