CNC Turned Precision Shafts

Three reasons buyers send us their drawings

1. Batch-traceable quality Every batch gets a unique job number. Material heat numbers, machine parameters, and operator records are linked to that number. If a problem appears in your assembly line, we trace it to the exact batch and correct it. No mystery. No rework loops.

2. Inspection report per batch You do not have to trust us. You get a dimensional inspection report with every shipment. Critical dimensions are measured and recorded. We use CMM and calibrated gauges. Reports are sent before the parts leave the factory. You can release the parts straight to your line.

3. One factory for CNC + stamping + springs + heat sinks Most buyers juggle three or four suppliers for a single assembly. We run CNC machining, metal stamping, spring manufacturing, and heat sink fabrication under one roof. That means fewer purchase orders, tighter tolerances between mating parts, and one accountable partner. If your bushing sits in a stamped bracket with a spring and a heat sink, we make all of them. You get one shipping address, one invoice, one quality system.

Where these parts are used

Lathe turned bushings and sleeves are not exotic. They are everywhere. We machine them for:

  • Automotive – steering column bushings, suspension pivot sleeves, transmission spacer sleeves, brake pedal bushings
  • Hydraulics and pneumatics – cylinder guide sleeves, piston bushings, valve spool sleeves, wear rings
  • Industrial machinery – bearing housings, shaft sleeves, feed-through bushings, conveyor roller sleeves
  • Electrical and electronics – insulating sleeves, terminal bushings, motor shaft spacers, connector ferrules
  • Medical devices – surgical instrument bushings, implantable device sleeves (biocompatible grades), dental handpiece components
  • Aerospace and defense – control cable bushings, landing gear pivot sleeves, actuator guide sleeves (with full material traceability)

If it rotates, slides, or presses, a bushing or sleeve is likely involved. We make them to survive your operating conditions.

Questions buyers ask before ordering

Q: What is your MOQ? A: No MOQ. We machine one prototype for your validation, then scale to production. Many factories refuse small orders. We accept them because we know the first article leads to the repeat order.

Q: How do you guarantee tolerance and quality? A: We machine to your drawing, not to our interpretation. First article inspection is done before production. In-process checks are done every hour. Final inspection uses CMM and calibrated gauges. You receive the inspection report with the shipment. If a part is out of spec, we replace it at our cost.

Q: What is your standard lead time? A: Prototypes: 5–7 days. Production batches: 7–12 days, depending on quantity and material. For urgent orders, we can expedite to 3 days for simple geometries. We quote the lead time with your price, and we meet it.

Q: Do you provide material certificates and compliance documents? A: Yes. We provide mill certificates for raw material, heat treatment reports, and RoHS/REACH declarations. For aerospace or medical applications, we provide full traceability from melt to finished part. Just specify the requirement on your drawing or PO.
