Custom CNC Machined PCB Fixtures and Jigs

Three reasons buyers send us their drawings

1. Batch-traceable quality. Every batch gets a unique job number. We record material heat number, tool wear logs, and operator initials. If a part fails in the field, we trace it back to the exact machine and shift. No guesswork.

2. Inspection report per batch. You receive a dimensional report with CMM data for critical features. We also include a material certificate and surface finish reading. This is standard, not a paid extra.

3. One factory for CNC + stamping + springs + heat sinks. Your lighting fixture often needs a stamped bracket, a compression spring, or a heat sink. Instead of coordinating three suppliers, you send one drawing package. We machine, stamp, form, and assemble in-house. One invoice, one quality standard, one shipping date.

Where these parts are used

CNC machined lighting fixture parts go into applications where off-the-shelf components fail.

  • Architectural LED lighting: Heat sink housings with tight fin spacing for passive cooling. We machine fins to 1.5 mm pitch with 0.02 mm flatness.
  • Track lighting and spotlights: Rotating joints with precise bore tolerances for smooth, wobble-free movement. We hold concentricity under 0.01 mm.
  • Industrial high-bay fixtures: Mounting plates and brackets that must withstand vibration and thermal cycling. We use 6061-T6 and add anodizing for corrosion resistance.
  • Marine and outdoor lighting: Sealed housings with O-ring grooves. We machine groove depth to ±0.02 mm to ensure a watertight seal.
  • Museum and display lighting: Small, aesthetic parts with visible surfaces. We offer brushed or polished finishes with clear anodize for a consistent look.

These parts are not decorative. They carry current, dissipate heat, and hold optical elements in precise alignment. Precision manufacturing is not optional.

Questions buyers ask before ordering

Q: What is your MOQ? A: No MOQ. We machine one prototype or 50,000 production parts. The unit price drops with quantity, but the quality standard stays identical.

Q: How do you control tolerance and quality? A: We use in-process probing on the CNC machines to correct tool wear in real time. After machining, we verify critical dimensions on a CMM. You get a full inspection report with the shipment. If a part is out of tolerance, we remake it at no cost.

Q: What is your lead time? A: Prototypes ship in 5–7 working days. Production runs of up to 1,000 pieces ship in 10–15 working days. Larger batches are quoted individually. We also offer a 24-hour rapid prototype service for simple geometries.

Q: Can you provide material certificates? A: Yes. Every batch includes a mill test certificate for the raw material. We also provide RoHS and REACH compliance documents on request. For aerospace or medical applications, we can supply full traceability documentation.
