A: No MOQ. We machine one prototype fixture for you to validate, then scale to hundreds or thousands. Many buyers start with a single unit for a new product launch.
Q: How do you guarantee tolerance and quality?
A: We inspect every critical dimension with a CMM. The inspection report is included with your shipment. If any dimension is out of spec, we re-machine or refund – your choice. We've been doing this for 20 years; our repeat order rate is over 90%.
Q: What is your typical lead time?
A: 7 days for standard aluminum fixtures, 12 days for stainless or complex multi-axis parts. Rush service (3–5 days) is available for an additional charge. We ship worldwide via DHL, FedEx, or UPS.
Q: Can you provide material certificates?
A: Yes. We provide EN 10204 3.1 material certificates for aluminum, steel, and stainless. We also provide RoHS and REACH compliance documentation for materials used in electronics manufacturing.
