1. Batch-traceable quality. Every fixture gets a unique serial number. We track material heat number, machine operator, tool path, and inspection result. If a problem appears on your line, we trace it back to the exact batch in minutes. You get a full traceability report with your shipment.
2. Inspection report per batch. We don't just say "it's good." We prove it. Each batch ships with a dimensional inspection report. Critical features (hole positions, pin diameters, flatness) are measured on a CMM. You receive the actual measured values, not a pass/fail stamp. This is standard, not a paid extra.
3. One factory for CNC + stamping + springs + heat sinks. Your PCB fixture often needs a metal bracket (stamping), a spring-loaded probe (springs), or a heat sink for burn-in tests.
