Opening

Your drawing defines the part. We define the process.

We machine titanium fasteners to your exact geometry—threads, head styles, undercuts, and chamfers—from raw bar stock or billet. Every batch is inspected before shipment, and you receive a dimensional report with each order.

  • Tolerance: ±0.005 mm on critical diameters
  • Surface finish: Ra 0.4 µm achievable
  • Lead time: 7–12 working days for standard quantities
  • Batch size: 1 to 10,000 pieces
  • No MOQ—send one prototype or a full production run

We are a precision manufacturing factory in Dongguan, China, with 20 years of CNC machining experience. We do not resell. We machine, inspect, and ship directly from our floor.

Three reasons buyers send us their drawings

1. Batch-traceable quality Each lot gets a unique job number. We track material heat number, tooling, and operator on every part. If a problem appears in the field, we trace it back to the exact bar stock and shift. No guesswork.

2. Inspection report per batch You do not have to trust us. We send a full dimensional report—critical features, thread pitch, surface finish—with every shipment. For aerospace fasteners, we also include material certs and, on request, first-article inspection (FAI) per AS9102.

3. One factory for CNC + stamping + springs + heat sinks Your fastener may need a stamped washer, a spring retainer, or a heat sink for an electronic enclosure. We do all four processes under one roof. That means one purchase order, one quality system, one shipping point. Fewer suppliers, less risk, faster delivery.

Where these parts are used

Titanium fasteners from our CNC line go into:

  • Aircraft engine nacelles and mounting brackets
  • Satellite structural frames and antenna mounts
  • UAV airframes and actuator linkages
  • Helicopter rotor head assemblies
  • Missile guidance housings
  • Landing gear door actuators
  • Cryogenic valve stems for rocket propulsion
  • Medical implant instrumentation (Grade 23 ELI)

In each case, the fastener must hold a precise preload, resist galvanic corrosion, and survive vibration. Our machining process controls thread form and surface integrity to meet those demands.

Questions buyers ask before ordering

Q: Do you really have no MOQ? A: Yes. We machine one piece for a prototype or 10,000 for production. The unit price is higher for small batches, but the setup is the same. Many aerospace buyers start with 5–10 pieces for fit testing, then scale up.

Q: What tolerance and quality can I expect? A: We hold ±0.005 mm on turned diameters and ±0.01 mm on thread pitch. Surface finish down to Ra 0.4 µm. Every batch is inspected with CMM and thread gauges. You get a dimensional report with each shipment.

Q: What is your lead time for titanium fasteners? A: Prototypes (1–20 pieces) ship in 7 working days. Production runs (100–10,000 pieces) ship in 12 working days. Rush orders are possible at an additional cost—we can quote 5-day delivery for small batches.

Q: Do you provide material certificates? A: Yes. Every titanium lot comes with an EN 10204 3.1 material certificate, traceable to the mill. We also provide heat treatment certs and, on request, FAI reports per AS9102.
