Opening

Your watch case drawing defines the part. We machine it in brass, verify every critical dimension, and ship with a full inspection report. No surprises.

We have run CNC machines for 20 years in our Dongguan factory. Brass is our most requested material for watch cases because it machines clean, threads well, and takes a fine finish.

At a glance: ±0.005 mm tolerance on critical features, 7-day standard lead time, no MOQ, and a 12-hour quote turnaround on your PDF or STEP file.

Precision CNC Machined Orthopedic Screws Titanium

Three reasons buyers send us their drawings

1. Batch-traceable quality. Every batch gets a unique job number. We track material lot, machine operator, tooling, and inspection results. If you have a field issue, we trace it back to the exact shift and tool path. This is precision manufacturing, not guesswork.

2. Inspection report per batch. You get a dimensional report with actual measured values, not just a pass/fail. We measure critical features with a CMM and record thread depths with gauges. For watch case parts, we check wall thickness, bezel fit, and crown tube threads individually.

3. One factory for CNC, stamping, springs, and heat sinks. Your watch case might need a stamped bezel insert, a spring for the crown, or a heat sink for a smartwatch module. We do all of it under one roof. Fewer suppliers, fewer handoffs, fewer tolerance stack-ups. Send us the whole assembly drawing, and we coordinate the parts.

Where these parts are used

CNC machined brass watch case parts are not just for luxury mechanical watches. They go into:

  • Mechanical watch cases — bezels, case backs, crown tubes, and lugs, where thread accuracy and sealing surfaces matter.
  • Smartwatch housings — brass cores for RF performance, then PVD coated for aesthetics.
  • Chronograph pushers — small turned parts with internal springs and O-ring grooves.
  • Watch buckles and clasps — milled from solid brass for strength, then polished.
  • Medical timing devices — where corrosion resistance and biocompatible plating are required.
  • Industrial timers and counters — brass cases that need to survive vibration and temperature swings.

If it tells time and has a metal case, we have likely machined a version of it.

Questions buyers ask before ordering

Q: What is your MOQ? A: No MOQ. We machine one prototype for testing or 50,000 pieces for production. The unit price drops with quantity, but we do not force you to buy more than you need. This is custom CNC machining made in China, built for engineers who iterate.

Q: How do you control tolerance and quality? A: We use in-process probing on the CNC machines, then verify with a CMM after machining. Critical threads are checked with go/no-go gauges. You receive a dimensional report per batch. If a part is out of spec, we rework or remake it at our cost.

Q: What is your lead time? A: Prototypes ship in 5-7 days after drawing approval. Production runs of 1,000 pieces ship in 10-15 days. Rush orders are possible for an extra fee — we can hold 48-hour turnaround for small batches.

Q: Do you provide material certificates? A: Yes. We supply EN 10204 3.1 material certificates for brass and all other metals, plus RoHS and REACH compliance documents. If you need a specific alloy, we source it and provide the mill cert.
