Cnc Machined Dental Implant Parts from BQUQ are precision-machined titanium and stainless steel components — abutments, healing caps, transfer copes, and custom implant fixtures — built to ±0.005 mm tolerance and 0.005 mm runout. You get repeatable seating between the implant and abutment, with a hardness of 42 HRC for long-term osseointegration stability. Typical lead time is 7 days for prototypes, 15 days for production runs, all from our 20-year-old factory in Dongguan, China.
Runout on the internal hex or conical connection is what causes micro-leakage and screw loosening. We machine the mating surfaces in one clamping operation on 5-axis DMG MORI mills, eliminating re-chucking errors. Final runout is held to 0.005 mm — measured on a Zeiss CMM, not a gauge block. This ensures your abutment seats fully, with zero rocking, even after 100,000 insertion cycles.
We stock Grade 5 Ti-6Al-4V ELI (ASTM F136) and Grade 23 titanium for implant bodies, plus 17-4 PH stainless steel for surgical instruments. Titanium parts are passivated and cleaned to ASTM F86 standards. For stainless components, we heat-treat to 42 HRC minimum, giving you edge retention on cutting instruments without brittleness. Raw material certificates are included with every lot.
Implant surfaces need roughness below 0.4 µm Ra on the abutment collar to prevent biofilm formation, but a rougher 1.5 µm Ra on the bone-contact area for osseointegration. We machine both conditions in one setup: polished collar at 0.2 µm Ra, blasted and acid-etched body at 1.5 µm Ra. Surface integrity is verified with a profilometer on 100% of parts before shipment.
Every batch gets a full inspection report — not a sampling plan. We measure critical dimensions on a Zeiss Contura CMM with 0.0001 mm resolution, check runout on a Talyrond roundness tester, and test hardness on a Rockwell tester for all heat-treated parts. You receive the report as a PDF with your shipment, so you can skip incoming inspection on your side.
We run a dedicated line for dental parts, so your prototype of 1 piece ships in 7 days. Production runs of 500 to 50,000 pieces ship in 15 days. There is no MOQ — we treat your first part as your production part, using the same fixtures and toolpaths. For urgent cases, 5-day express machining is available at a 15% surcharge.
We have machined dental parts since 2004, with over 4 million implant components delivered to CE and FDA-registered brands. Our 32 CNC machines include 8 5-axis mills, all calibrated weekly. This is precision manufacturing made in China, but with Swiss-level traceability: every part is laser-marked with a DMC code linking to its machining program, tool wear data, and inspector ID.
