Stamped floor register panels
A floor register panel has two jobs: move air, and take a footstep. We stamp them from cold rolled steel, galvanised steel or aluminium sheet in a progressive die, so the louvres, the outer flange and the mounting holes come out of one continuous pass.
After stamping the panel is deburred, the damper slot is checked with a gauge, and every batch is measured against your drawing: hole position, louvre pitch and flange width held to plus or minus 0.01 mm. Walkable panels get a heavier gauge and a hemmed edge so the flange does not flex under load.

FAQ
Can the panel carry a person standing on it?
Yes. For walkable grade we stamp 1.2 to 2.0 mm steel with a hemmed flange and a louvre pattern designed to bridge the opening. On a sample we can run a load check and send you the result.
Can you add an adjustable air supply lever?
Yes. The damper slot and the lever pivot are cut in the same die, so adding the lever option costs no extra tooling.
What sizes can you make?
Standard register openings 4x10, 4x12, 6x10 and 6x12 inch, plus any custom size inside 400 x 600 mm. The die is built to your drawing.
How do you keep the louvres flat?
The die clamps the strip on both sides of every louvre and a following station flattens the frame. Finished panels are checked on a granite plate, not on the press.
