What is progressive die stamping?
A progressive die performs several operations - piercing, forming, bending and cutting - in one continuous pass, so a steel coil goes in and a finished part comes out at high speed.
What tolerances can BQUQ hold on stamped parts?
We hold +/-0.01 mm (10 microns) on key features, and that is measured, not claimed. Tighter features are quoted case by case after we see the drawing.
What materials do you stamp?
Stainless steel, brass, phosphor bronze, copper and other coil metals - whatever your drawing specifies.
What is the minimum order quantity?
From 50 pieces for prototypes up to 5 million for mass production, on the same process and the same standard.
