Stamped Aluminium Parts | Single Hit Pressing, Deburred, 100% Inspected
Single-hit stamped aluminium parts
A single press stroke: holes, cut-outs and bends formed in one hit, then deburred. That is how we make brackets, covers, clips and small chassis parts from flat sheet, in aluminium, stainless or cold rolled steel.
One hit keeps the part cheap and the dimensions repeatable. For aluminium we normally run 5052 for bends and 6061 where stiffness matters. Thickness runs 0.5 to 3.0 mm, and the part is deburred and packed flat so it arrives ready to fit.
Typical specification
| Material | Aluminium 5052 / 6061, stainless 304, cold rolled steel |
| Thickness | 0.5 to 3.0 mm |
| Tolerance | plus or minus 0.01 mm on hole position, tightest on critical features |
| Bend angle | plus or minus 0.5 degrees |
| Edge | deburred, optional vibratory finish |
| Quantity | from 50 pieces, tooling amortised across the batch |
FAQ
What is the smallest batch you run?
From 50 pieces. Below that the die and set-up time dominate the price, so we will tell you the break-even quantity instead of quoting a small run badly.
Can you bend after stamping?
Yes, bends are formed in the same die where the geometry allows, or on a press brake afterwards for tighter radii. Either way the flat pattern is checked before the tool is cut.
How do you stop scratching on aluminium?
The strip is run with a protective film where needed, parts are deburred in a vibratory bowl and packed with paper between layers.
Can you mark the parts?
Yes, laser marked part number or a simple logo. Tell us where the mark goes so it does not land on a sealing face.
