Opening

Your battery pack design is only as reliable as the spring that carries the current. We make battery contact springs exactly to your drawing. Every coil is verified before shipment. No guesswork, no tolerance surprises.

We are BQUQ, a precision manufacturing factory in Dongguan, China. We have run CNC, stamping, spring, and heat sink lines for 20 years. Your drawings go straight to the shop floor, not through a sales desk.

At a glance: Tolerance ±0.02 mm on wire diameter, ±0.05 mm on free length. Lead time 5–7 working days for prototypes, 10–15 days for production. No MOQ. Full material certification with every batch.

Custom Mixed Type Industrial Springs

We use Japanese and German coiling machines. This gives us repeatable geometry across high volumes. For load requirements, we test each batch on a digital force tester. You get actual data, not a promise.

Three reasons buyers send us their drawings

1. Batch-traceable quality. Every spring gets a heat number and production date code. If a field failure occurs, we trace the exact wire lot, machine, and operator within one hour. You know exactly what you installed. This is standard for us, not a premium service.

2. Inspection report per batch. You receive a dimensional report and a load-deflection curve for every batch we ship. The report covers wire diameter, free length, solid height, and load at specified deflection. No extra charge. No request needed. It is attached to your packing list automatically.

3. One factory for CNC, stamping, springs, and heat sinks. Your battery contact spring often sits next to a stamped bracket, a CNC-machined terminal, or a heat sink. Send us the whole assembly drawing. We make all parts under one roof. You cut logistics, avoid tolerance stack-up between vendors, and get one responsible party for quality.

Where these parts are used

Custom battery contact springs from our shop go into demanding environments. Common applications include:

  • Consumer electronics: Smartphone battery connectors, laptop battery packs, e-cigarette contacts, wearable device charging pucks.
  • Automotive: EV battery management system (BMS) connectors, fuse holders, starter motor brush springs, key fob contacts.
  • Industrial: Handheld barcode scanners, medical monitoring devices, power tool battery interfaces, backup battery holders for PLCs.
  • Energy storage: Cylindrical cell holders (18650, 21700, 26650), prismatic cell busbar contacts, battery module compression springs.

In each case, the spring must hold a stable contact force over thousands of cycles. Our material selection and heat treatment ensure low relaxation. You get consistent electrical contact, even at elevated temperatures.

Questions buyers ask before ordering

Q: What is your MOQ? A: No MOQ. We make one prototype for you to test, or one million for production. The unit price drops with volume, but we never turn away a single-piece sample order.

Q: How do you guarantee tolerance and quality? A: We inspect every coil dimensionally. For load-critical springs, we test a sample from each batch on a force tester. The inspection report is included with your shipment. If a batch fails, we re-run it at our cost.

Q: What is your lead time? A: Prototypes ship in 5–7 working days after drawing approval. Production orders take 10–15 working days, depending on surface treatment. Urgent orders can be expedited to 3 days for simple compression springs.

Q: Can you provide material certificates? A: Yes. Every batch ships with a mill certificate for the wire material, plus our own test report. For automotive or medical applications, we provide full traceability documentation.
