We use grinding after heat treatment for taper seats. That is non-negotiable for a collet chuck. Milled-only surfaces will not hold the required concentricity.
1. Batch-traceable quality. Every batch gets a unique code. Heat treatment records, material certificates, and inspection data link to that code. If a problem appears in your assembly line, we trace it to the exact heat lot and machine operator. No ambiguity.
2. Inspection report per batch. You receive a full dimensional report with every shipment. Taper angle, runout, thread fit, hardness—all measured and documented. Our QC team uses a Zeiss CMM and a Mitutoyo profilometer. Reports are PDF, sent with the packing list.

Q: How do you guarantee tolerance and quality? A: We inspect 100% of critical dimensions on every part. Taper angle is measured with a sine bar and indicator, not a go/no-go gauge. Runout is checked on a precision arbor. A CMM report is included per batch.
