Your drawing defines the part. Our machines do the rest.
We machine ER collet chuck blanks, tap holders, reamer holders, drill chucks, and endmill holders to your exact geometry. Every unit is verified before shipment. No surprises.
At a glance: Tolerance ±0.005 mm on critical diameters, concentricity ≤0.005 mm TIR, lead time 7–15 days, no MOQ. One factory for CNC machining, metal stamping, springs, and heat sinks.

We use hardened and ground collet seats. Tapers are ground after heat treatment, not before. This is the difference between a chuck that holds 0.01 mm and one that holds 0.005 mm.
1. Batch-traceable quality. Each batch gets a unique number. Material heat number, heat treatment furnace log, and inspection data are linked to that number. If a problem appears in your line, we trace it to the exact operation and operator. You get a full report, not a shrug.
2. Inspection report per batch. You receive a dimensional report with every shipment. It lists measured values for bore diameter, taper angle, concentricity, and surface finish. We use CMM and air gauges. The report is signed by QC, not generated by a computer alone.
3. One factory for CNC + stamping + spring + heat sink. Your collet chuck is not an isolated part. It sits in a spindle, holds a tool, and removes metal. If you also need a spring collet, a stamped retention knob, or a heat sink for the spindle motor, we make all of them under one roof. Fewer suppliers, shorter lead times, one point of accountability.
Our custom CNC collet chucks go into real production environments.

Q: What is your MOQ? A: No MOQ. We accept one prototype piece for validation. Production runs start at 10 pieces. Many buyers order 50–500 pieces per batch for line changeovers.
Q: How do you guarantee tolerance and quality? A: We grind the taper and bore after heat treatment. Every critical dimension is measured with CMM and air gauges. The inspection report is included with the shipment. If a part is out of spec, we replace it and pay for expedited shipping.
Q: What is your lead time? A: Standard lead time is 7 days for prototypes and 15 days for production batches. For urgent orders, we can deliver in 72 hours if material is in stock. We stock 42CrMo and 20CrMnTi round bars in common sizes.
Q: Do you provide material certificates? A: Yes. We provide mill certificates for raw material, heat treatment reports, and hardness test results. All documents are in English and traceable to the batch number.
Send us your PDF, STEP, or IGES file. We will review the geometry, suggest improvements if needed, and give you a firm quote within 12 hours.
