We grind the taper in-house on a Studer S41. Hex bores are wire-cut to ±0.005 mm, then honed. Every chuck is balanced to G2.5 at 20,000 RPM unless your print says otherwise.

Q: What is your standard lead time? A: 7 days for up to 50 pieces. 12 days for larger runs. If you need faster, we can split the batch and air-ship the first 10 pieces in 72 hours—additional freight cost only.
