We grind the taper after heat treatment. That is non-negotiable. It is the only way to hold the runout numbers above. Threads are cut, not rolled, for better concentricity on the collet nut.
1. Batch-traceable quality. Every heat lot is tagged. Every part gets a unique serial number if you need it. We keep records for 10 years. If a problem shows up in your shop, we can trace it back to the exact batch, machine, and operator.
2. Inspection report per batch. You get a full dimensional report with each shipment. Not a generic certificate — actual measured values for taper angle, runout, hardness, and surface finish. We use a Zeiss CMM and a Taylor Hobson roundness tester. The report is signed by our QC lead and sent with the parts.
3. One factory for CNC + stamping + springs + heat sinks. Your collet chuck is not an isolated part. You may need a spring for the nut, a stamped retainer, or a heat sink for the spindle motor. We make all of them under one roof. Fewer suppliers, fewer logistics headaches, one responsible party.

Q: What is your MOQ? A: No MOQ. We accept single-piece orders for prototypes and small batches. The price per piece is higher for one-off parts, but the quality and inspection are identical to a 10,000-piece run.
Q: How do you guarantee tolerance and quality? A: We grind the taper after heat treatment, not before. That is the critical step. We then measure every part with a CMM and a roundness tester. The inspection report is included with the shipment. If any dimension is out of spec, we remake the part at no cost.
Q: What is your lead time? A: 7 days for prototypes (1–5 pieces). 15 days for standard batches up to 1,000 pieces. Larger orders are quoted individually. We can expedite for an additional fee if your line is down.
Q: Can you provide material certificates? A: Yes. Every batch comes with a mill certificate for the raw material, plus our own hardness and chemical composition test results. We can also provide third-party inspection (SGS, TÜV) at your cost.
