Custom Heat Sinks Made in China

Three reasons buyers send us their drawings

1. Batch-traceable quality Each batch gets a unique job number. We record material lot, machine operator, and inspection results. If a problem shows up at your incoming QC, we trace it to the exact pour and shift. You get a full traceability sheet with every shipment.

2. Inspection report per batch We don't just say "it's good." You receive a dimensional report, material cert, and surface finish measurement for each batch. For heat sinks, we also test thermal resistance on a sample unit—not a simulation, a real measurement with a thermocouple and heater block.

3. One factory for CNC + stamping + spring + heatsink Your heatsink might need a stamped clip, a spring-loaded fastener, or a CNC-machined base plate. Most suppliers send those out to three different shops. We don't. All four lines are under one roof in Dongguan. That means one purchase order, one quality system, and one shipping date. No coordination headaches.

Where these parts are used

Our heat pipe heatsinks go into electronics that generate serious heat in a small space.

  • LED lighting: High-bay fixtures, automotive headlamps, and grow lights. Heat pipes spread heat from the COB to the fin array, keeping junction temperature below 85°C.
  • Power electronics: IGBT modules, rectifiers, and motor drives. Base plates are CNC-machined to match the module footprint, with heat pipes pulling heat to a remote fin stack.
  • Telecom equipment: Base stations, small cells, and edge servers. We make low-profile heatsinks with heat pipes that fit in 1U or 2U enclosures.
  • Medical devices: Laser equipment, ultrasound machines, and diagnostic scanners. Quiet operation matters, so we optimize fin spacing for natural convection.
  • Consumer electronics: Gaming consoles, audio amplifiers, and mini PCs. We produce high-volume stamped fin assemblies with heat pipes, anodized black for aesthetics and emissivity.

Questions buyers ask before ordering

Q: What is your MOQ? A: No MOQ. We make one prototype for your thermal test, or 10,000 units for production. Tooling costs are quoted separately and amortized over your order quantity.

Q: How do you control tolerance and quality? A: CNC-machined features hold ±0.05 mm. We inspect 100% of critical dimensions on the first article, then use SPC sampling during production. Every batch ships with a dimensional report and material cert.

Q: What is your lead time? A: Prototypes in 7–12 days after drawing approval. Production runs in 15–20 days. For repeat orders with no design change, we can hold safety stock and ship in 5 days.

Q: Do you provide material certificates? A: Yes. We provide mill certificates for aluminum and copper, plus RoHS and REACH declarations. If you need specific certifications (e.g., UL for plastic parts), tell us—we'll source and document accordingly.

Send your drawing

Upload your PDF, STEP, or IGES file. We'll review the geometry, heat pipe layout, and tolerances. You get a firm quote in 12 hours—price, lead time, and tooling cost if applicable.

No MOQ, no minimum order quantity, no runaround. Just precision manufacturing from a factory that's been doing this for 20 years.
