Opening

Your drawing. Our machines. A verified part before it ships.

We build custom heat sinks to your exact geometry—CNC machined, stamped, or assembled. Every batch is checked against your tolerances, and the inspection report travels with the shipment.

  • Tolerance: ±0.05 mm on CNC features
  • Lead time: 7–15 days for prototypes, 15–25 days for production runs
  • No MOQ—order one piece or ten thousand
  • Surface finish: plain, anodized (black or clear), or nickel-plated
  • Material: aluminum 6061, 6063, copper C1100, or your specified alloy

We are a precision manufacturing factory in Dongguan, China, with 20 years on CNC, stamping, springs, and heat sinks. You send the drawing. We do the rest.

Custom Copper Embedded Heat Sinks

Every heat sink is deburred, cleaned, and checked for burrs on fin edges. We do not ship parts we would not mount on our own equipment.

Three reasons buyers send us their drawings

1. Batch-traceable quality. Each batch gets a unique job number. Material certs, process records, and inspection results are linked to that number. If a problem appears at your assembly line, we trace it to the exact heat treat lot and machine operator. No guesswork.

2. Inspection report per batch. You receive a dimensional report with CMM data, surface finish readings, and flatness measurements. For thermoelectric cooler heatsinks, we also verify the mounting surface flatness—critical for thermal contact. You do not have to re-inspect everything on arrival.

3. One factory for CNC + stamping + springs + heatsink. Your assembly may need a stamped clip, a spring for pressure mounting, and a machined base. We make all of them under one roof. Fewer suppliers, fewer tolerance mismatches, fewer shipping delays. You get one invoice, one quality standard, one responsible party.

Where these parts are used

Custom heat sinks from our shop cool real equipment:

  • Thermoelectric cooler (TEC) assemblies—for laser diodes, PCR cyclers, and medical diagnostic instruments. The heatsink pulls heat from the hot side of the TEC so the cold side stays cold.
  • Power electronics—IGBT modules, motor drives, and DC-DC converters in industrial cabinets. We machine baseplates with tapped holes and through-slots for direct mounting.
  • LED lighting—high-bay fixtures and automotive headlamps. Stamped aluminum fins with anodized finish for corrosion resistance and emissivity.
  • Telecom enclosures—5G remote radio units and edge servers. Our CNC heatsinks hold tight flatness for thermal pads and phase-change materials.
  • Test and measurement—benchtop power supplies and signal generators that need quiet, passive cooling without fans.

If your part dissipates heat, we can machine or stamp it.

Questions buyers ask before ordering

Q: Do you really have no MOQ? A: Yes. We run one prototype for a quote validation, or 50,000 pieces for production. Tooling costs are quoted separately for stamped parts, but CNC parts have no tooling charge.

Q: What tolerance can you hold on a heatsink? A: ±0.05 mm on CNC-machined features like mounting holes and base thickness. Fin pitch and height are typically ±0.1 mm. For TEC mounting surfaces, we hold flatness to 0.05 mm over 100 mm.

Q: What is your lead time? A: Prototypes ship in 7–15 days after drawing approval. Production runs take 15–25 days, depending on quantity and surface treatment. We quote exact dates when you send the drawing.

Q: Can you provide material certificates? A: Yes. Mill test certificates for aluminum and copper are included with every batch. Anodizing thickness and salt spray test reports are available on request.
