We are a precision manufacturing factory in Dongguan, China. 20 years in CNC machining, stamping, springs, and heat sinks. Your tool holder gets the same engineering discipline as our aerospace and automotive work.

We use Mori Seiki and Fanuc CNC lathes for the body. Grinding is done on Studer and Jones & Shipman machines. Heat treatment is in-house, so we control case depth and distortion. No outsourced steps. No guessing on metallurgy.
2. Inspection report per batch. You get a full dimensional report with every shipment. Not a generic certificate—actual measured values. Taper contact percentage, runout at three positions, hardness readings, surface roughness. If a value is out, we flag it before shipping, not after you receive it.
3. One factory for CNC + stamping + springs + heat sinks. Your collet chuck might need a spring collet, a stamped retention knob, or a heat sink for a high-speed spindle. We make all of them under one roof. One purchase order, one quality system, one shipping date. Fewer suppliers, fewer delays, fewer arguments.
Q: How do you guarantee tolerance and runout? A: We grind the taper and bore in the same setup. Then we measure runout on a precision arbor with a 0.001 mm indicator. The inspection report shows actual numbers, not just a pass/fail stamp.
Q: What is the lead time for a custom BT40 collet chuck? A: 15 working days for prototypes, 20 for production batches. If you need faster, we can quote an express fee for a 7-day turnaround. We stock common 20CrMnTi blanks.
Q: Do you provide material certificates? A: Yes. Mill certificates for raw material, heat treatment reports, and hardness test results. All are included free. Third-party inspection (SGS, TUV) is available at cost.
