We hold HSK63A taper angle to ±0.001 mm. The ER collet seat is ground in the same setup as the taper to eliminate stack-up error. Each chuck is serialized for batch traceability.
1. Batch-traceable quality, not just a QC stamp. Every heat lot and machining batch gets a unique code. We record material certs, grinding wheel specs, and final inspection data against that code. If you have a problem on machine #4 six months from now, we can pull the exact process record for that chuck.
2. Inspection report per batch, not per sample. You get a dimensional report for every part in your order, not just the first article. CMM data, taper contact percentage, and runout values are listed per serial number. This is standard, not a paid extra.
3. One factory for CNC, stamping, springs, and heat sinks. Your collet chuck might need a spring collet, a stamped retention knob, or a heat sink adapter. We make all of them under one roof. You send one drawing package, get one quote, one set of logistics, and one responsible party if anything is wrong.

What is your MOQ? No MOQ. We machine one prototype for you to test, or 5,000 pieces for production. The per-piece price drops with quantity, but we do not force you to buy extras.
How do you guarantee tolerance and quality? We inspect the taper with an air gauge and a calibrated master. Runout is checked on a precision spindle with a 0.001 mm indicator. A CMM report is included with every batch. If any dimension is out of spec, we rework or scrap at our cost, not yours.
What is the lead time for a custom design? 15 working days for a prototype after drawing approval. Production batches of 100 pieces take 20 working days. If you need faster, we can split the order and ship the first 10 pieces in 7 days.
Do you provide material certificates and traceability? Yes. We supply mill certificates for the raw material, heat treatment reports, and a batch traceability code printed on the packaging. For aerospace or medical orders, we can provide full MTR documentation and retained samples.
