1. Batch-traceable quality Every lot gets a unique batch number. We record material heat number, press settings, tooling wear, and inspection results. If a problem appears in your assembly line, we trace it back to the exact stamping run. You get full traceability, not just a box of parts.
2. Inspection report per batch You receive a PDF inspection report with every shipment. It includes dimensional measurements, surface finish check, hardness values, and photos of critical features. Our QC team uses CMM, optical comparators, and push-pull gauges. We do not ship without the report.
3. One factory for CNC + stamping + spring + heatsink Your clip might need a stamped body, a CNC-machined mounting block, a coil spring, and a heatsink base. Most suppliers send you to four factories. We do all four in-house. One drawing, one PO, one shipping date. Fewer emails, fewer delays, fewer excuses.

Q: What is your MOQ? A: No MOQ. We accept prototype orders of 100 pieces. For production, we recommend 5,000+ pieces for better per-unit pricing, but we will run 500 pieces if that is your need. Tooling cost is quoted separately and amortized into your part price after 50,000 pieces.
Q: How do you guarantee tolerance and quality? A: We use progressive dies with in-die sensors for real-time thickness monitoring. Critical dimensions are checked with CMM and optical comparators. Every batch gets a first article inspection and a final inspection report. We hold ±0.05 mm standard, ±0.02 mm on request.
Q: What is your lead time for custom stamped clips? A: Prototype tooling takes 7–15 days. Production samples are sent within 3 days of tool approval. Mass production takes 15–25 days depending on quantity. For urgent orders, we can split shipments – first 20% by air, rest by sea.
Q: Can you provide material certificates? A: Yes. We supply mill test certificates for raw material, heat treatment reports, and RoHS/REACH compliance documents. All materials are sourced from certified mills in China or imported from Japan/Korea upon request.
