This collection is a series of perforated stamped metal plates and mesh panels produced by 20-year-old BQUQ factory in Dongguan, China. You get holes from 0.5mm to 12mm diameter, positional tolerance ±0.01mm, flatness 0.05mm per 100mm, and hardness up to 52 HRC after optional heat treatment. Prototype lead time is 5 days, production 12 days, all without a minimum order quantity.
We use CNC-controlled high-speed presses (25 to 250 tons) with precision-ground carbide dies. Die clearance is set at 4–6% of material thickness per side, which eliminates burrs over 0.03mm. For thin sheets (0.3–1.0mm), we run a secondary deburring pass with a vibratory finisher. This keeps hole edges smooth and the mesh flat—critical for air flow and liquid filtration applications.
We stock stainless steel 304, 316L, 430, galvanized steel Q235, aluminum 5052, and brass H62. For industrial screens requiring wear resistance, we offer T8 and T10 tool steel stamped plates, hardened to 48–52 HRC. All materials come with mill certificates, and we can do passivation or powder coating after stamping if your environment demands corrosion resistance.
Choose round, square, slot, or hexagonal holes. Standard patterns include 60° staggered, 45° staggered, and straight rows. Open area can be tuned from 20% to 70%. For example, a 2mm hole on a 3mm pitch in 60° stagger gives 40.3% open area—we calculate this for you and provide a DFM report before cutting any tooling. We also make custom patterns from your DXF or PDF drawing, no setup fee.
Our carbide dies punch over 2 million hits before resharpening. For stainless steel, we use TiCN-coated punches to reduce galling. We maintain a spare tooling library for standard hole sizes (1, 1.5, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 10, 12mm), so reorders ship faster. If your mesh is part of a high-volume assembly, we can also integrate a coil-fed line that stamps and winds the mesh automatically, reducing your handling cost.
Every batch goes through a 3-step check: hole diameter using a pin gauge (resolution 0.005mm), pitch and pattern using a CMM (coordinate measuring machine), and flatness on a granite surface plate with a dial indicator. We issue a full dimensional report with each shipment. For critical parts, we add a 100% optical scan with a Keyence system—no sample-based guessing.
Standard surface roughness is Ra 1.6µm on the punched face. For food-grade or cleanroom use, we add electropolishing to Ra 0.4µm. Deburred edges are smooth to the touch, and we can roll a slight radius on the top edge if your application involves gaskets or seals. We also offer anodizing (aluminum) and zinc plating (steel) for outdoor racks and enclosures.
Prototype (1–20 pieces) ships in 5 days via DHL or FedEx. Production runs (100–10,000 pieces) ship in 12–15 days. We pack flat plates with interleaving paper to prevent scratching, and rolled mesh on wooden spools with edge protectors. For export, we use moisture-proof VCI bags and plywood crates that meet ISPM-15 standards.

For air venting in electronics, use 2–3mm holes with 40% open area to balance airflow and EMI shielding. For liquid filtration, start with 0.5–1mm holes and increase open area if pressure drop is too high. For architectural screens, larger 6–12mm holes with 60% open area look cleaner but weaken the sheet—we can reinforce edges with a hem or frame. If you are unsure, send us your flow rate and particle size, and we will recommend a pattern within one day.
We are an ISO 9001:2015 certified factory in Dongguan, China, with 20 years of experience in CNC machining, stamping, springs, and heat sinks. Our stamping shop runs 24/7 with in-house toolroom, so we control every step—die design, stamping, deburring, surface treatment, and inspection. This vertical integration is why we can hold ±0.01mm on hole pitch even on 1.5mm thick stainless steel. For more on tolerances, read our CNC machining tolerances guide. And before you start a new project, check our CNC cutting tool selection guide to avoid common die wear issues.
There is no MOQ—you can order a single prototype plate for testing, and production pricing kicks in at 100 pieces.
Yes, send us a DXF, DWG, or PDF with hole size, pitch, and pattern, and we will make a die within 7 days at no extra setup fee for standard materials.
We use in-process SPC (statistical process control) with hourly checks on hole diameter and pitch, plus a final CMM report on 5% of every batch.
Prototype is 5 days, and a standard production run of 1,000–10,000 pieces ships in 12–15 days, depending on surface treatment.
