All stamping dies are made in-house. We use progressive dies for high-volume clips and compound dies for complex bracket geometries. This keeps unit cost low and repeatability high.
1. Batch-traceable quality Each batch gets a unique job number. We record material lot, die set, press settings, and plating bath data. If a part fails in your assembly, we trace it back to the exact production shift. You get full traceability without asking.
2. Inspection report per batch Every shipment includes a dimensional inspection report. We measure critical features with CMM and optical comparators. The report lists actual values against your drawing tolerances. No surprises at incoming QC.
3. One factory for CNC + stamping + springs + heat sinks Your bracket might need a spring clip, a CNC-machined pin, or a heat sink attached. We do all four processes under one roof. You avoid multiple suppliers, shipping delays, and tolerance mismatches between parts. One drawing set, one responsible party.

Zinc plating gives corrosion resistance up to 72 hours in salt spray (clear) or 120 hours (yellow). For outdoor or high-humidity use, we recommend yellow or blue zinc plus a sealant.

Q: What is your MOQ? A: No MOQ. We stamp 50 pieces for a prototype run or 500,000 for production. Tooling cost is quoted separately for low volumes, then amortized into unit price for high volumes.
Q: How do you guarantee tolerance and quality? A: We run first-article inspection on every new die. During production, we check critical dimensions every 2 hours. A full dimensional report accompanies each shipment. If a part is out of tolerance, we replace it at no cost.
Q: What is your lead time? A: Prototype stamping: 5–7 days. Production: 10–15 days after you approve the sample. For urgent orders, we can expedite to 7 days on simple parts.
Q: Do you provide material certificates? A: Yes. We supply EN 10204 3.1 material certificates for steel, stainless, and aluminum. Plating thickness reports are available per ASTM B633.
