What tolerance can you hold on the bore? We hold 0.005 mm TIR on bore concentricity for 38 Type chucks. Slot width is ± 0.02 mm. If your drawing calls for tighter, send it. We will tell you if it is feasible before we quote.
What is your lead time? 10-15 working days for standard materials like 65Mn. If you need 5-day rush, tell us when you send the drawing. We will confirm if we can fit it.
Do you provide material certificates? Yes. Mill test certificate for the raw steel, heat treatment report, and hardness test results. All included with the shipment at no extra cost.
