1. Batch-traceable quality. Each heat treatment lot is logged. Each machining batch gets a unique job number. If you find an issue six months later, we can trace the material certificate, the machine operator, and the inspection record. You get a PDF report with every shipment.
2. Inspection report per batch. We do not just say "it's within tolerance." You receive a dimensional report with actual measured values for bore, taper, concentricity, and slot width. For critical collets, we include a CMM (coordinate measuring machine) report. This is standard, not an extra-cost option.

Q: Do you really have no MOQ? A: Yes. We machine one piece if that is what you need. The price per piece is higher for a single unit, but the tooling and setup are the same. For production runs, we offer tiered pricing at 50, 500, and 5,000 pieces.
Q: What tolerance can you hold on a collet chuck? A: Standard is ±0.005 mm on bore and taper angle. For high-precision work, we can hold ±0.003 mm on the bore, but you must specify this on the drawing. The spanner wrench is matched to your collet nut with a clearance of 0.05 mm to prevent slipping.
Q: What is the lead time for a custom collet? A: Prototype (1-5 pieces) is 10 working days. Production runs (50+ pieces) are 15 working days. If you need faster, we can expedite for a 20% surcharge, subject to machine availability.
Q: Do you provide material certificates? A: Yes. Every batch comes with a mill test certificate for the raw material. For aerospace or medical orders, we also provide heat treatment reports and hardness verification. No extra charge.
