Opening

Your drawing defines the part. We machine it. Then we verify it against your specs before shipment. That is the process for every custom CNC collet chuck we produce. No exceptions.

We are BQUQ, a precision manufacturing factory in Dongguan, China. We have run CNC machining lines for 20 years. We also do metal stamping, springs, and heat sinks in the same facility. This means your collet chuck is not outsourced. It is made and checked under one roof.

  • Tolerance: ±0.005 mm on critical diameters
  • Surface finish: Ra 0.4 µm on taper and gripping surfaces
  • Lead time: 7–15 days for prototypes, 15–25 days for production batches
  • No MOQ – we accept one piece for testing

Custom CNC Collet Chuck Precision Manufacturing Made in Chin

We use CNC lathes with live tooling and 5-axis machining centers. Internal grinding is done on dedicated grinders for taper accuracy. Every chuck is tested with a master collet before packing.

Three Reasons Buyers Send Us Their Drawings

1. Batch-traceable quality. Each batch gets a unique code. Raw material certificates, heat treatment records, and final inspection data are linked to that code. If you need to trace a part back to its steel melt, we can do that in minutes.

2. Inspection report per batch. You receive a dimensional report for every batch. It lists measured values for bore diameter, taper angle, runout, and hardness. We also include CMM data for complex profiles. No hidden deviations.

3. One factory for CNC + stamping + spring + heatsink. Your collet chuck might need a spring, a stamped retainer, or a heat sink for the tool holder assembly. We make all of them in-house. That means fewer suppliers, shorter lead times, and one accountable partner.

Where These Parts Are Used

Custom CNC collet chucks from our shop go into real production environments. Common applications include:

  • CNC lathes and turning centers – for bar feeding and second-operation work where quick changeover matters.
  • Machining centers – for tool holding in high-speed milling, especially where runout must stay below 0.01 mm.
  • Automatic screw machines – for Swiss-type and multi-spindle machines that need precision collets for small diameters.
  • Robotic tool changers – where a chuck must engage and release tools repeatedly without losing positional accuracy.
  • Aerospace and medical component machining – where material traceability and surface finish are non-negotiable.

We have shipped collet chucks for engine valve guides, dental implant fixtures, and automotive fuel injector bodies. The geometry varies, but the requirement is constant: hold tight, release fast, repeat exactly.

Questions Buyers Ask Before Ordering

Q: What is your MOQ? A: No MOQ. We make one prototype for your testing. Production pricing starts at 100 pieces, but you are not forced to order that quantity.

Q: How do you guarantee tolerance and quality? A: We machine to your drawing, then inspect 100% of critical dimensions. For taper and bore, we use air gauges and CMM. The inspection report is included with shipment. If a part is out of spec, we replace it at no cost.

Q: What is your lead time? A: Prototypes in 7–15 days after drawing approval. Production batches in 15–25 days, depending on quantity and heat treatment cycle. We will give you a firm date with your quote.

Q: Can you provide material certificates? A: Yes. We supply mill certificates for raw material, heat treatment reports, and hardness test results. All documents are in English and traceable to the batch code.
