Opening

Your drawing is the starting point. We machine your custom CNC collet chuck to that drawing, verify every critical dimension before shipment, and deliver a part that fits your spindle and holds your workpiece true.

At a glance: Tolerance ±0.005 mm on bore and taper, surface finish Ra 0.4, lead time 15 working days, no MOQ.

We are BQUQ, a precision manufacturing factory in Dongguan, China. Twenty years of CNC machining, metal stamping, springs, and heat sinks. One factory, four lines, full control.

Custom CNC Collet Chuck Nut DIN6388 Precision Manufacturing

Three reasons buyers send us their drawings

1. Batch-traceable quality. Every chuck gets a unique serial number. We record material heat number, heat treatment furnace log, and grinding machine parameters. If a problem appears in your line, we trace it to the exact batch and process step. No guesswork.

2. Inspection report per batch. You get a dimensional report with every shipment. Bore diameter, taper angle, concentricity, runout, hardness—all measured and documented. We use CMM, air gauges, and hardness testers calibrated to ISO standards. The report is not a formality; it is your proof of compliance.

3. One factory for CNC + stamping + spring + heat sink. Your chuck is not an isolated part. It works with springs, clamps, and heat dissipation components. We make all of them under one roof. Fewer suppliers, shorter lead times, and no finger-pointing when something does not fit. You send one drawing package; we coordinate the rest.

Where these parts are used

Custom CNC collet chucks are not shelf items. They are engineered for specific spindles and workpieces.

  • Swiss-type lathes and sliding headstock machines. The chuck holds bar stock with sub-micron repeatability for long, slender parts.
  • Multi-spindle automatic lathes. High clamping force and fast actuation for cycle times under 10 seconds.
  • Grinding machines. A collet chuck that holds a ground shaft without marking it is critical for final finishing operations.
  • Medical device manufacturing. Small titanium and stainless parts need a chuck that does not distort thin walls.
  • Aerospace and automotive. High-volume production of valve bodies, fuel injectors, and fasteners where runout is a rejection criterion.
  • Tool and die shops. Replacing worn or non-standard chucks with a custom bore that matches a legacy spindle.

In every case, the chuck is a precision manufacturing component. It is the interface between the machine spindle and the workpiece. If it is wrong, nothing downstream is right.

Questions buyers ask before ordering

Q: What is your MOQ? A: No MOQ. We machine one prototype or 10,000 pieces at the same quality level. Prototype pricing is higher per piece, but tooling and setup are the same. You pay for what you need.

Q: How do you guarantee tolerance and quality? A: We inspect 100% of critical dimensions on every chuck. Bore and taper are air-gauged. Concentricity is checked on a precision mandrel. A CMM report is included with each batch. If a dimension is out of spec, we do not ship it. We reject it at our cost, not yours.

Q: What is your lead time for a custom CNC collet chuck? A: Standard lead time is 15 working days for prototypes after drawing approval. Production runs of 500 pieces or more take 20–25 working days. If you need faster, tell us. We can split the batch or run overtime, but we will not skip inspection.

Q: Do you provide material certificates and heat treatment reports? A: Yes. Every batch comes with a material certificate from the mill and a heat treatment report showing hardness and case depth. If you require third-party testing, we arrange it at cost. No extra markup.
