This is a 46 type collet with a front view round bore, designed for auto lathe spindles. It grips workpieces with repeatable concentricity. We produce it from your print, with your tolerances, in your material.

We grind the bore after heat treatment. That gives you the tight tolerance and smooth finish. The slots are wire-cut, not milled, so the edges are clean and the spring action is consistent.

Q: What is the lead time for a custom collet? A: Prototype in 7 days after drawing approval. Production runs in 15–25 days, depending on quantity and heat treatment cycles. We ship by DHL, FedEx, or air freight for urgent orders.
Q: Can you provide material certificates? A: Yes. We provide mill certificates for the steel, heat treatment reports, and hardness test results. All documents are in English and stamped by our QC department.
