We use 5-axis CNC mills for the jaw slots and bolt patterns. We grind the base and taper after hardening. We test air pressure retention on every chuck before packing.
1. Batch-traceable quality. Each heat number and material lot is recorded. We assign a unique serial number to every chuck. If you need to trace a part back to its raw bar, we can do it in minutes.
2. Inspection report per batch. You get a full dimensional report. CMM data for critical features. Hardness readings. Surface roughness values. Air leak test results. This is not a generic certificate. It is your part, measured.
3. One factory for CNC, stamping, springs, and heat sinks. Your collet chuck is not the only part you buy. We also run metal stamping presses, spring coiling machines, and heat sink fabrication lines. Send us the whole assembly. We coordinate the tolerances between components. You deal with one QC team and one shipping invoice.

Q: What is your MOQ? Zero. We machine one piece for a prototype or 500 for production. The per-unit price drops with quantity, but the quality standard stays the same.
Q: How do you guarantee tolerance and quality? We cut to your drawing, not to a guess. After machining, we run a CMM program on every critical dimension. We also do a 100% air leak test on the pneumatic ports. If a chuck fails, it does not ship.
Q: What is the lead time? 15 working days for a prototype. 20 working days for production batches. If you need faster, we can split the batch and ship the first 20% in 10 days.
Q: Do you provide material certificates? Yes. Every batch includes a mill certificate for the raw material and our own hardness report. For aerospace or medical, we add full traceability documentation at no extra cost.
