1. Batch-traceable quality. Every collet chuck gets a unique batch number. We record material heat number, heat treatment curve, and final inspection data. If a problem appears in your spindle, you can trace it back to our furnace. That is not common for custom CNC collet chuck suppliers.
2. Inspection report per batch. You get a CMM report with every shipment. It lists bore diameter, taper angle, concentricity, and hardness. We do not send parts without data. If you need a full material certificate, it is included free.

Q: How do you guarantee tolerance and quality? A: We use CNC grinding for the bore and taper, then measure with a CMM. Hardness is verified on a Rockwell tester. Each batch gets a report. If a dimension is out of spec, we scrap it — we do not send it.
Q: What is your lead time? A: 7–12 working days for standard steel grades and sizes. For non-standard materials or special heat treatment, add 3–5 days. We ship by DHL or FedEx, door to door.
Q: Can you provide material certificates? A: Yes. Every batch comes with a mill certificate for the raw material, plus our heat treatment record. If your customer requires a third-party test (SGS or BV), we arrange it at cost.
