Your drawing defines the part. We machine it exactly to that drawing. Every custom CNC collet chuck is verified before shipment. No exceptions.

This is a two-collet clamping setup for auto lathe applications. One chuck body, two independent collets. Designed for high-speed, high-repeatability bar work. We build it from your print, your material spec, your tolerance callouts.

  • Tolerance: ±0.005 mm on critical diameters
  • Lead time: 15 working days for standard steel alloys
  • No MOQ — order one piece or one thousand
  • 100% inspection report included per batch
  • Precision manufacturing, made in China, exported worldwide

Custom CNC Collet Chuck 25 Type Round Bore Extended

We use only new, certified bar stock. No recycled material. Each batch is traceable to the heat number.

Three reasons buyers send us their drawings

1. Batch-traceable quality Every custom CNC collet chuck gets a unique batch number. We record material heat, machine settings, operator, and inspection results. If you need to trace a part back to its raw bar, we can do that in minutes. This matters for automotive and medical audits.

2. Inspection report per batch You get a full dimensional report with every shipment. CMM data for critical tapers, bore diameters, and slot positions. Hardness values. Surface finish readings. No extra cost. No "we checked it, trust us." You see the numbers.

3. One factory for CNC + stamping + springs + heat sinks Your collet chuck is not an isolated part. It sits in a machine that also uses springs, stamped retainers, or heat sinks. We make all of those in the same building. One engineering team, one quality system, one shipping point. Fewer suppliers, fewer miscommunications, faster assembly for your end product.

Where these parts are used

A two-collet clamping setup is not a generic tool. It is used where you need two separate gripping zones on one workpiece.

  • Swiss-type auto lathes for long, slender parts. The front collet supports the cut, the rear collet feeds the bar.
  • Multi-spindle automatics where two diameters must be held concentric to each other.
  • Secondary operations on CNC lathes: you clamp a pre-machined part, then drill or mill a cross-hole without re-fixturing.
  • High-volume pin and shaft production — the two collets distribute clamping force evenly, reducing distortion on thin-walled parts.
  • Medical device manufacturing where surface finish and concentricity are critical (guidewires, bone screws, small implants).

If your part spins, we can hold it. If your part needs two clamping points, this setup is the answer.

Questions buyers ask before ordering

Q: Is there really no MOQ? A: Correct. We machine one prototype or a full production run. The price per piece drops with quantity, but we do not force you to buy more than you need. Many buyers start with one sample, test it, then scale up.

Q: What tolerance can you hold on a collet chuck? A: ±0.005 mm on the bore and taper is our standard for hardened steel. On the collet slots, we hold ±0.01 mm. If you need tighter, we can discuss grinding to ±0.002 mm, but that adds lead time and cost.

Q: How fast can I get parts? A: Prototype: 15 working days after drawing approval. Production: 20–25 working days. For urgent orders, we can expedite to 10 days for a 30% surcharge. We ship via DHL, FedEx, or air freight — you choose.

Q: Do you provide material certificates? A: Yes. Every batch ships with a mill test certificate (MTC) and our own inspection report. If you need a third-party inspection (SGS, BV), we can arrange that at cost. We do not charge extra for standard documentation.
