We use CNC lathes with live tooling for the rear thread and bore in one setup. This reduces runout. For high-volume orders, we move to automatic lathes. Every part gets deburred and cleaned before packaging.
Batch-traceable quality. Each heat lot gets a unique code. We record material certs, machining parameters, and inspection results against that code. If you need to trace a part back to its raw bar stock, we can do it in minutes.
Inspection report per batch. You do not have to trust us blindly. Every batch ships with a dimensional report. We measure thread pitch, major diameter, bore size, and concentricity. The report lists actual values, not just pass/fail. Send us your drawing, and we will tell you which dimensions we will verify before shipment.

How do you guarantee tolerance and quality? We inspect every part, not just a sample. For thread pitch and bore, we use calibrated gauges and a CMM. The inspection report ships with your order. If any dimension is out of spec, we rework or replace the part at our cost.
What is your lead time for a custom rear thread collet chuck? Standard steel materials: 7 days for one to five pieces. Production runs of 100 or more: 15 days. If you need faster, tell us at the quote stage. We can prioritize your order for a small surcharge.
Do you provide material certificates? Yes. We supply mill certificates for the raw material and heat treatment reports. For aerospace or medical applications, we can provide full traceability documentation. Just specify the requirement when you send your drawing.
