We use CNC grinding for the taper and bore. This gives repeatable geometry across the whole set. Slots are cut by wire EDM, so the spring segments flex evenly under clamping load.
2. Inspection report per batch. You get a CMM report with every shipment. It lists bore diameter, taper angle, TIR, and hardness for each collet. No averages. No "representative sample." Every part is measured.

Q: How do you guarantee tolerance and quality? We grind the taper and bore in the same setup. This eliminates indexing error. Then we check every collet on a CMM with a calibrated master mandrel. The inspection report is included in the shipment.
Q: What is your lead time for a custom collet set? Prototype (1–5 pcs): 7 working days. Production (50+ pcs): 12 working days. If you need faster, we can split the order—ship the first batch in 5 days, the rest in 10.
Q: Can you provide material certificates? Yes. We supply mill certificates for the raw material and heat-treatment reports. For aerospace or medical orders, we can add full traceability documentation at no extra cost.
